The truth about Parshuram (1st chapter).

Intro - with due respect, the katha of Shri Parshuramji (the only mard of the bhargav clan).

This will be a collection of quotes about the real Parshuram, the unbiased truth, no BS no lies, no fake incidents, no "poor unas" no bhadwageeri either, just quotes, and links and analysis. Collected from one primary source.
This is not everything it is only a fraction of his life, which is why i will have to post a part 2.
==
1) Parshuram made a promise without thinking to himself whether he is capable of fullfilling that promise or not.
Quote:
"If, O bull among, men, thou dost not act according to my words, I will slay thee this very day along with all thy counsellors!"
Logic; even Muhammad of Ghor fullfilled his promise of beating Prithviraj Chauhan despite losing so much, why couldn't the mighty Parshuram accomplish this task? Was he also a failed warrior like bhagwan Hanutati?

2) Parshuram gave education to a Kshatriya named "Bhishma" even though a Kshatriya was reponsible for the death of his father Jamdagni.
Quote:
"O thou of mighty arms, while I was a child it was thou who instructed me in the four kinds of arms."
Logic - nice tribute to your father Parshupu$$y, everyone should really be praising you for your action's.

3) Parshuram is ignorant about a Guru's true duty.
Quote:
"Thou art my preceptor and it is for this that I have from love reverenced thee greatly. Thou, however, knowest not the duty of a preceptor, and it is for this that I will fight with thee. I would not slay any preceptor in battle, especially again a Brahmana, and more specially one endued with ascetic merit. It was for this that I forgive thee."
4) Parshuram was VAIN BOASTER:
"For many long years, O Rama, thou hast boasted, saying, I have, single-handed, vanquished all the Kshatriyas of the Earth!"
Logic; people still dare to call Arjun a boaster, or accuse Bheem of being arrogant, but no one expose's the reality of parshupu$$Y.

5) Parashuram had many brahmin enemy's.
Quote:
"And, O king, I was fanned with fans that also were white in colour. And clad in white, with also a white head-gear, all my adornments were white. And eulogised (with laudatory hymns) by Brahmanas wishing me victory. I issued out of the city named after the elephant, and proceeded to Kurukshetra, which, O bull of Bharata's race, was to be the field of battle!"
Logic - since brahmins were mentioned as well-wisher's of bhishma & the fact is that they wanted Bhishma to win that mean's they want Parashuram to lose even though hes a part of the same caste as they are.

6) Parshuram was riding a chariot in his battle with Bhishma:
"I then beheld Jamadagni's son stationed on a car equipped with every kind of excellent weapons! And the car he rode was exceedingly handsome and was of wonderful appearance. And it had been created by a fiat of his will, and it was beautiful like a town. And celestial steeds were yoked unto it, and it was well-protected by the necessary defences. And it was decked all over with ornaments of gold. And it was well-covered with tough skins all around, and bore the device of the sun and the moon. Rama was armed with bow and equipped with a quiver, and with fingers cased in leathern fences!"
7) Parashuram would have cursed any opponent if they chose not to SALUTE him before combat begin's.
Quote:
"O thou of mighty arms, they that fight with warriors more eminent than themselves, have this duty to perform. O king, I would have cursed thee if thou hadst not approached me thus! Go, fight carefully and summoning all thy patience, O thou of Kuru's race."

8) Bhishma spared Parshuram's life.
Quote;
"And afflicted with those hundred blazing shafts resembling either fire, or the sun or looking like snakes of virulent poison, Rama seemed to lose his senses! Filled, O Bharata, with pity (at the sight), I stopped of my own accord and said,--Oh, fie on battle! Fie on Kshatriya practices! And overwhelmed, O king, with grief, I repeatedly said,--Alas, great is the sin committed by me through observance of Kshatriya practices, since I have afflicted with arrows my preceptor who is a Brahmana endued with a virtuous soul!--After that, O Bharata, I ceased striking Jamadagni's son any more."

9) Parshuram was defeated a 2nd occasion by Gangeya.
Quote:
"Impelled then by the desire of slaying him, I shot at Rama, the son of Jamadagni, a good-looking arrow of blazing effulgence with Death's self sitting at its head. Struck very forcibly therewith and succumbing to its impetus, Rama fell into a swoon and dropped down on the ground. And when Rama thus dropped on the ground, exclamations of Oh and Alas arose on all sides, and the whole universe, O Bharata, was filled with confusion and alarm, such as may be witnessed if the sun himself were ever to fall down from the firmament! Then all those ascetics together with the princess of Kasi, quietly proceeded, O son of Kuru's race, with great anxiety towards Rama."
10) Parshuram failed to cause any form of physical or mental pain to Bhishma.
Quote:
"(Thy preceptor) Rama, the son of Jamadagni, shooting his great weapons, could not cause me the slightest pain."

11) Misconception that Parshuram was SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for Bhishma's education.
Quote:
"The bull among men obtained all weapons from Rama and Sakra. Although born among human beings, his death itself is still under his own control. Although childless, yet he has many regions of bliss hereafter as heard by us."
Logic -
it is clear that Bhishma was also trained in military combat by the mighty Indra (whose other name is "Sakra") so if Bhishma gains an achievement people should also credit INDRA.
But no one says "INDRA SHISHYA BHISHMA" they only bray shouting "PARSHURAM SHISYA BHISHMA!" just what i would expect from a fanbase and team of namards. Such a huge disrespect to the SHER (tiger/lion) of devalok.

12) parshupu$$y resorted to celestial weapon's whenever he gets beaten with normal weaponry;
"Baffling those fierce darts by means of my shield and sword, and causing them in that combat to fall down on the ground, I then, with clouds of excellent arrows, covered Rama's excellent steeds and his charioteer. Then that high-souled smiter of the lord of the Haihayas, 1 beholding those darts of mine equipped with gold-decked handles and resembling snakes emerged out of their holes, and filled with wrath at the sight, had recourse once more to celestial weapons!"
Commentary - this proves that Lord Parshuram is not a great warrior, people accused Arjuna/Karna of relying too much on special astras but they are ignorant of how parshuram loses in normal combat so he needs divine help in each battle.

13) Parshuram aunty was knocked out again:
"I shot at Rama a powerful and heart-piercing arrow endued with great speed. Afflicted with that shaft, Rama then, his bow loosened from his grasp, fell down upon the earth on his knees, reft of consciousness! And when Rama, that giver of many thousands (of golden coins) fell, masses of clouds covered the firmament, pouring a copious shower of blood! And meteors by hundreds fell, and thunder-rolls were heard, causing everything to tremble! And suddenly Rahu enveloped the blazing sun, and rough winds began to blow! And the earth itself began to tremble. And vultures and crows and cranes began to alight in joy! And the points of the horizon seemed to be ablaze and jackals began repeatedly to yell fiercely! And drums, unstruck (by human hands), began to produce harsh sound! Indeed, when the high-souled Rama embraced the earth, reft of consciousness, all these frightful and alarming omens of evil were seen!"
Logic; this parshuram was not fit to stand before average fighters like Bhishma.
i am parshuram aunty, my only talent is PEEING

14)
"I hurled at Jamadagni's son a frightful dart, effulgent as the thunderbolt. That dart fell upon the bosom of that foremost of Brahmanas. Deprived of his senses at this, Rama began to tremble all over. That great ascetic then, his friend, the regenerate Akritavrana, embraced him and with diverse words of comfort soothed him. Reassured thus, Rama of high vows was then filled with wrath and vindictiveness. He invoked the great Brahma weapon."
Logic - whenever parshuram gets put on the recieving end he has to use divine weapons like a terrorist.

15) How many times bhishma got swooned by parshuram.
Quote.
"the mighty son of Jamadagni, filled with wrath, suddenly wheeling to my right, pierced me in the breast. At this, O best of the Bharatas, I swooned on my best of cars. And beholding me, reft of consciousness, my charioteer quickly bore me away from the field. And seeing me afflicted and pierced with Rama's weapons and borne away drooping and in a swoon, all the followers of Rama, including Akritavrana and others and the princess of Kasi, filled with joy, O Bharata, began to shout aloud! Regaining consciousness then, I addressed"

Quote.
"That fierce arrow fell upon my breast, hissing (through the air) like a snake. Covered with blood, I fell down on the earth, O king, thus struck. Regaining consciousness"
Logical: Score board is Parshuram did it twice, bhishma did it 3 times, not counting sammohan (prasvapan) astra. It is logically fair to give it to bhishma not parshupu$$y.

16) Parshuram admitting his defeat.
1st quote;
"Beholding the Praswapa weapon withdrawn, O lion among kings, Rama was in great huff, and suddenly exclaimed [Wretch that I am, I am vanquished, O Bhishma!] Then Jamadagni's son behold before him."

2nd quote:
"What other business of thine can I accomplish? Seek the protection of Bhishma himself! Thou hast no other refuge now! Shooting mighty weapons Bhishma hath vanquished me!' Having said this, the high-souled Rama sighed and remained silent."
Amba mentioned it;
"O thou of handsome eyes, Rama hath been vanquished in battle by Bhishma."
Parshuram vs Bhishma record;
I counted that he lost at least maybe 5 time's to Bhishma. He was knocked out cold thrice, and he was overpowered 2 times (when he resorted to divine astra vidhya). By counting its clear who gained more point's and who deserves to be called the winner of this duel.

And when you see how Bhishma loses to Sweta, Bheem, Satyaki etc and got dominated by inexperienced Abhimanyu then this Bhishma is a joke while parshuram remained faltu kutta in front of mighty warriors in dwapar yuga.
When Bhishma feared prince Ghatotkaca but was never hurt by a attack that parshuram gave him what is so great about Parshuram?

17) Sahastrarjun vadh.
Parshuram defeating Sahastrarjun is likely a fluke.
Sometimes even a rat wins against a lion. Maybe sahastrarjun let his gaurd down or was a victim of a curse.
Sahastrarjun is the lion here as he conquered the earth multiple times (before he gained any type of boon).
Parshuram was ignorant of Prasvapan (a weapon that Indra owned), but Sahastrarjun contended with Indra.

Other flukes happened like;
Karna losing to foot soldiers on the 14th night (even though he had many warriors to help him), another is bhishma failing to kill normal elephants on the first day of kurukshetra.
Abhimanyu having over 20 people on his side yet still losing to drona, best warrior Meghanad losing his chariot and horses cause of Angada.
Satyaki being made without a chariot by sakuni. Yet the same Satyaki defeated Bhishma twice, Drona multiple times, karna nine time's.
Lastly vabruvahan & sudakshina making pandav Arjuna unconsious.
Or protagonist shri Ram (son of dashrath) being hardpressed by a raksasa like Wiradh.
FLUKES HAPPEN ALL THE TIME.

But since bhishma did it multiple time's to parshuram at the same battle even after the brahmin rested and came back for another day HIS WIN CAN NOT be labelled a mere "fluke".

18) Bhishma talking about who defeated him (before Udyoga Parva).
Quote:
"Except one acquainted with Brahma and observant of vows, that are praiseworthy owing to the austerities they involve, no Kshatriya hath ever by his prowess, vanquished me in battle! I then, O king, humbly represented to Narada as also to Vyasa all that the maiden did."
Note - this is bhishma referring to himself, who he has ever lost too, not who parshuram lost to, so this means that bhishma was also never a undefeated warrior, he likely has a new list of military defeat's that were not recorded in mahabharat, these defeats clearly occured either before pandavas birth or before he exile. And as LOGIC follow's if one can defeat bhishma they can also defeat Parshuram.

19) Curse of Sahastrarjun:
"Since, O Arjuna, without excepting these my specious woods, thou hast burnt them, therefore, Rama (of Bhrigu's race) will lop off thy (thousand) arm. The mighty Arjuna, however, of great prowess, always devoted to peace, ever regardful of Brahmanas and disposed to grant protection (unto all class), and charitable and brave,
O Bharata, did not think of that curse denounced on him by that high-souled Rishis. His powerful sons, always haughty and cruel, in consequence of that course, became the indirect cause of his death."
Logic - credit of Sahastrarjun's mrityu could go to rishi APAVA not gandu parshuram. Or maybe Sahastrarjun's own sons.

20) Novel (modern day author) depiction of the duel.
This last source is from a google book, though it is not as authentic as Mahabharat or Ramayan it was a book that i felt worth showing over here. My point ultimately for Sahastrarjun is that just cause parshuram won that doesn't mean he was superior. Even a ant can kill a elephant due to luck.

I have link's to Mahabharat, and quotes too, i also have other source's and detailing. My opinion holds more weight, is more reliable and has better credibility than the majority does. Parshuram was not braver than Duryodhan, Sisupal, king Bhagadatt, Shalya, Jarasandh and prince Sweta.

Thank u for reading!
